Much of my adulthood has been spent making sense of my childhood, making amends with the young girl who I abandoned too soon.
"Breaking Bread" is a digital collage series created in February 2024. It depicts a breakfast, lunch, and dinner where I convene with my younger self to honor and explore my childhood and documents this journey to my past.
Made with clippings of personal photos and set in vintage photographs of food scenes and table tops.
